We are able to provide ACC Medical Certificates through remote (phone or video) consultations.  The certificates are sent away electronically to ACC  upon completion.  We will also send you a copy by email.  Please provide your email address to the attending clinician during your consultation.  

Please note that if it is deemed that a face-to-face consultation is required following the remote consultation you may be advised to present to the clinic for the same.  

We can now provide renewals of WINZ/MSD Medical Certificates via remote (telephone/video) consultations.
