When you call for an appointment you will be given an appointment time for a consultation over the phone. If you choose to have the consultation via video, please let us know at the time of booking your appointment.
Please see the section about telephone and video consultations we have set-up which provide further detail regarding these modes of remote consultations. Advise us of your preferred mode and software application (app) at the time of the booking.
On the basis of the assessment on the phone/video the clinicians will make a decision re the need for a face-to-face consultation. If the decision is made that a client needs a face to face consultation you will be advised of a time to present to the clinic.
When you present to the clinic at the allocated time you will be expected to go through a screening questionnaire. Once this is completed you will be directed to Cabin 2 which is located in the area adjacent to the client car park for your assessment with our clinical team.
The process may sound daunting but please be reassured that we are here to support you through the journey and are able to do so only by following all the safety precautions as per protocol.
