We are set up to offer telephone consultations for those clients who prefer to opt for this mode of remote consultations.
This will be achieved through new systems put in place over the past few days which includes a smartphone app on both the Apple (iPhone) as well as the Android (Samsung, Huawei, Sony, Nokia , etc) platforms.
These systems have been established to relieve the volume of calls on the main line (landline).
The above telephone consultation will be an assessment to make a decision as to whether a face to face consultation is justified.
Over the next 4 weeks, we have enhanced our communications systems and are now able to release a mobile phone number for patient use to contact the clinic. The number is as below:

Unfortunately we are inundated by requests for help from clients and are not in a position to respond to texts or messages on this phone.
We reiterate that texts and voice messages will not be responded to. Phone numbers from which we receive texts and voice messages will be blocked precluding future contact for clients with this phone.
Face-to-face consultations will be offered following the initial telephone consultation. If the decision is made that a client needs a face to face consultation you will be advised of a time to present to the clinic.
When you present to the clinic at the allocated time you will be expected to go through a screening questionnaire. Once this is completed you will be directed to Cabin 2 which is located on the area adjacent to the client car park for your assessment with our clinical team.
The process may sound daunting but please be reassured that we are here to support you through the journey and are able to do so only by following all the safety precautions as per protocol.
